“I cannot recommend and thank you enough!! Gemma has been amazing and understood our needs and wants perfectly. Couldn’t quite find what we wanted and Gemma recommended using the bespoke design service to match my wedding ring to my engagement ring. It turned out so beautifully that we then used the design service again to tweak and upgrade the engagement ring. It is beyond what we expected and is perfect and unique to us. We cannot thank you enough 🥰”

“Wasn't sure of my size, so I went into the Blackburn Branch to check. Staff there were extremely helpful and showed me a beautiful Thomas Sabo Pink Opal effect silver ring. I was supposed to go back to purchase it after going to an appointment, but unfortunately, I ran out of time. I ordered online when I got home and the ring arrived promptly and is as beautiful as I remember.”

“The service from Peter Jackson was excellent. They had a computer glitch when sending out delivery notifications. As soon as they realised they phoned to explain and apologise. My product arrived well package and within two days of ordering. Great customer service.”
