Hi Sophie, I see you have our Lavender pillows - these have microcapsules of lavender in the cover so just give them a rub before bed time to release the scent. This makes the scent last longer as they only give off the lovely lavender smell when you need it. Please give them a rub and let us know how you get on. Happy sleeping Zzz

“Brought TEMPUR Comfort Cloud® Soft Pillow NEW 2024 × 2 Medium for £180 july, 1 is defective and will not regain its shape (very flat one side)contacted them in August and September. Had to chase a response and they Will not replace or allow a return, Claiming that's how they should perform. Bad customer service. 50/50 on product performance so wouldn't recommend”
Hi, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with the performance of your Tempur pillow. Our Tempur pillows are one of our best selling brands, and the Cloud pillow you purchased is our best selling pillow so it's not often we get feedback like this. Tempur have their own unique blend of memory foam, and the particular pillow you purchased was the softer version so will naturally have less filling and be a flatter pillow perfect for front and side sleepers. We can't accept returns on opened or used product, this is industry standard and is put in place to protect all our customers. Our returns policy is stated clearly on our T&Cs but we will do better to make this clearer so we can manage expectations pre-purchase. Thanks for your feedback.
