“Purchased the head2sleep breeze pillows. They are so comfy and really do keep your head cool. Worth every penny. Good quality. Keeps it shape and bounces back. Definitely recommend”
Hi Balgrove, I'm sorry to hear your pillow didn't meet expectations. Our bounceback pillow is one of our best sellers. I can see however that we refunded your full order so I hope you were satisfied with your experience.
“Pillow was too big for the standard pillow case to hard, too thick, comes down the bed to far so your feet hang off the end of the bed basically a load of rubbish and a waist of money don't buy from them! I wish that someone would make a normal sized merorie foam pillow that's medium/firm instead of all these poncy over priced ones.”
“Really easy to deal with on the website.
Nice fast delivery.
The pillows are great they fit well into my neck and support my neck and head.
I am having significantly left pain in my neck, brilliant”
“So pleased I saw advert on TV. I ordered four pillows from Pillow World and the pillows are so comfortable. I have never had pillows so comfortable in my life. I felt many were comfortable, but chose the Seriously Comfortable Cool Cloud Comfort Pillow. They are exactly what they say they are.”
Hi Jackie, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. Really sorry to hear the pillows didn't live up to expectations, our cooling pillows are some of our best sellers but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just doesn't work.
