Hi, sorry to hear you didn't like the prices on our site. We offer fantastic mutlibuy discounts that are much lower than our competitors. Most people opt to buy two pillows as you indicate and are always really pleased by our savings.
“Sorry but this so called seriously comfortable pillow was awful. Lumpy and really uncomfortable. I would have sent it back but had got rid of the box as no room”
“Much too bulky. Could not fit it under my head without my head being pushed forward towards my chest.
Also too hard. It actually hurt the back of my head and neck. It was supposed to be medium. Something that bulky would have to be a much softer so it would crunch down when you lay your head on it.
I will be sending it back.”
Hi, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with your pillow. Sounds like you need a pillow that has a much lower profile that will give your shoulders and neck the support they need.
“This was a gift for my daughter and as it’s only been received today, she hadn’t had a chance to try it. Delivery was delayed but I accept that can happen. I did expect the pillow to come in some sort of sealed bag so it could be ‘tried’ unopened, and that if it didn’t suit the purchaser, it could be returned still in pristine unused condition. Unfurtunately this just comes in a zip-locked plastic bag so obviously couldn’t be ‘tried’ and then returned. Maybe this could be considered by the sellers.”
Hi Duke, unfortunately we can't accept returns on opened pillows. This is a standard practise in the soft furnishing industry and is put in place to protect customers hygiene.
Hi Marlow, really sorry to hear your pillows fell short. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a good fit.
“Insufficient filling, appears to have been folded in the middle as dented or two pieces of filling not joined in the middle. Very Expensive pillows not being used as once packing opened cannot be returned. Waste of money.”
Hi Greaves, really sorry to hear your wool pillow didn't live up to expectations. Wool pillows tend to be a lower profile pillow as the filling is lighter and has the tendency to flatten more so than say a hollowfibre or memory foam filling. Wool pillows will need a quick re-fluffing every now and again to retain their shape :)
Really sorry to hear your pillows didn't live up to expectations Hanks. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow and the Firm Support Side Sleeper is a fan favourite but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't the perfect fit :(
