Hi Angela, thank you so much for taking the time to write to us and give us some feedback on the anti-snore pillow. This is a really high performing pillow and we have had some great reviews but comfort and effectiveness are subjective and sometimes it just doesn't work for everyone.
“Although I am very satisfied with my new pillow, Pillow World leave a lot to be desired. How it can take almost 3 weeks to deliver one pillow is beyond me. If you do not have the pillows in stock you should not be advertising them. If, like a lot of companies you had let me know it was not in stock I could have gone elsewhere. Or even if you had not taken my money until it was in stock that would have been acceptable. This pillow was needed due to medical reasons and having to wait for such a long time for delivery has made the matter even more distressing. The reassurance I got by email every time I contacted your team did not help one bit. Your delivery needs improving if your company is to survive.”
