“I bought 2 Seriously Comfortable Anatomic Comfort Pillows and they are great. I was surprised to see that no pillow protectors were offered but then relieved some standard ones I already had fit the somewhat weird shape. I am sleeping in a flatter position than I thought possible given my asthma etc and seem to be sleeping well on my side or my back. Well worth the investment!”
Hi Claire, thank you so much for the feedback. So glad to hear you are loving your new Seriously Comfortable pillows and they re helping you sleep better :)
“Quickly delivered. This pillow is a replacement for an original dunlopillo super comfort, much loved one. It felt lighter than the original which is a benefit. I found it to be super comfy on my side with my hand underneath and also sleeping on my back. It is expensive, however a good nights sleep with great posture support is priceless. This is the best value from pillow world. I saved 10% on signing up for their newsletters.”
“1 star for delivery and 1 star for protectors which are passable. Cannot give any stars for actual pillows as they are truly terrible and overpriced.”
So sorry you didn't like the pillows, we have had lots of really good reviews for the Goose feather and down pillows, but comfort is personal. Just a shame these weren't right for you.
“The V shaped pillow I brought from Pillow World has been one of the best buys I have ever done. It is firm enough for a very comfortable night and I love it”
Hi really sorry to hear you didn't feel like you were taken care of. Our customers and their satisfaction are paarmou8nt to us and we always strive to do our upmost to make customers happy.
“Pillow world soon got my order here. The pillows are lovely to sleep on, really comfy. I got the cool pillows but I still get a drenched head everynight and I don't know why, perhaps it's just me.”
HI Twitchen, sorry to hear it took a while for our team so get back to you. This is very unusual and not something we are known for. We can see you have now been replied to and your issue has been resolved :)
“Bought these pillows for my husband and they seem to be different to the ones I ordered my husband is not happy with them at all especially the price of them”
Hi Done, really sorry to hear these pillows didn't work for you. We have fantastic feedback on these pillows but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect fit.
