Hi Marlow, really sorry to hear your pillows fell short. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a good fit.
“Insufficient filling, appears to have been folded in the middle as dented or two pieces of filling not joined in the middle. Very Expensive pillows not being used as once packing opened cannot be returned. Waste of money.”
Hi Greaves, really sorry to hear your wool pillow didn't live up to expectations. Wool pillows tend to be a lower profile pillow as the filling is lighter and has the tendency to flatten more so than say a hollowfibre or memory foam filling. Wool pillows will need a quick re-fluffing every now and again to retain their shape :)
