“Insufficient filling, appears to have been folded in the middle as dented or two pieces of filling not joined in the middle. Very Expensive pillows not being used as once packing opened cannot be returned. Waste of money.”
Hi Greaves, really sorry to hear your wool pillow didn't live up to expectations. Wool pillows tend to be a lower profile pillow as the filling is lighter and has the tendency to flatten more so than say a hollowfibre or memory foam filling. Wool pillows will need a quick re-fluffing every now and again to retain their shape :)
Really sorry to hear your pillows didn't live up to expectations Hanks. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow and the Firm Support Side Sleeper is a fan favourite but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't the perfect fit :(

Hi. The lavender pillows have micro capsule technology for the longest possible life of the scent. To release the scent at night you simply rub the cover before bedtime. We have added text and videos on the web site to explain too. Please give the pillows a good rub and let us know if the Lavender scent is there for you. If the scent really isn't there for some reason of course we would exchange them.
