“The pillow I ordered was Laura Ashley, soft as down, but it was firm and did not have the filling that was specified, Hollowfibre, but had a microfibre filling which was well packed in the pillow, making it feel firm. Suffice to say, I was disappointed.”
Hi Alan, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with your pillow. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow but sometimes it just isn't a good match. We have great reviews on the Laura Ashley Soft As Down pillow so a shame to hear you didn't share these experiences.

“I'd been searching for a pillow that stayed cool all night so, I tried your company hoping to find the solution. However, your customer service person suggested a pillow that would solve my problem. I took it at his word BUT although the pillow has a cold surface initially BUT after using it for a around 10 to 15 minutes it gets hot as do other 'cool' pillows so that was a waste of money for a highly over priced pillow !! I also took up the special offe of a 'lavender' pillow - that was as useful as a chocolate fire guard !! Then to cap it all the delivery driver left the pillows outside my front door and not in a safe place I wanted !!”

Our cooling pillows are some of our best sellers and highest rated pillows on the site, but comfort and suability are subjective and sometimes it just doesn't work for everyone. Really sorry our pillows couldn't help keep you cooler during the night.

So sorry you didn't like the pillows, we have had lots of really good reviews for the Goose feather and down pillows, but comfort is personal. Just a shame these weren't right for you.
Really sorry to hear your pillows didn't live up to expectations Hanks. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow and the Firm Support Side Sleeper is a fan favourite but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't the perfect fit :(

“not what i ordered, was supposed to have a firm foam insert, if it was there i couldn't feel it, communication was so poor I thought it was a scam. Delivery took forever. I told them that the pillow wasn't suitable for me, the reply was well someone in your family might be able to make use of it. Total waste of £27. won't use again nor will I ever recommend them.”

We advised on the site and after purchase that the delivery time was slightly longer on these pillows but we despatched as soon as we had more stock in. Hi. The pillow has microcapsule scent technology, meaning it is a subtle scent normally and for a stronger Lavender smell simply give the cover a rub before going to sleep. That will release the scent more strongly for a few hours and help you drift off to sleep. It also ensures the scent stays in the pillow for longer. Hope that helps and do let us know if you still aren't getting the scent. Happy sleeping :)
