We’re really sorry to hear that the lavender pillow didn’t meet your expectations. The lavender scent in the pillow is actually carried in microcapsules within the cover, which release the fragrance on impact. Giving the pillow a good rub or gentle squeeze should help release the lavender smell more effectively.
