I tried to contact them over the phone they didn’t answer so I was obliged to buy new tickets and wasn’t refunded even though I was charged 35 additional aed for refund. Their answer was that I have booked for next day and didn’t show me any proof and I wasn’t able anymore to access my account in order to prove it.

“Despite following instructions their advisors have given me, they are saying I am not elite for my refund which I am fully in my right to receive and now their customer service team have been ignoring my messages for the past 14 hours despite being online and glorify their ‘20 minute respond time’.
