“Stumbled on this site while looking for the best price for some Connetix tiles. They’ve been brilliant and some little personnel touches from the people at playfaire just made it feel like they actually cared (which is rare nowadays) will definitely be back to buy from you again. “My wife and I love PlayFaire toys for our little ones, I really helps with their development and creativity. They are not cheaply made and have definitely been well thought out through the development stage. The website is easy to navigate and the delivery is very fast. I would highly recommend.”

“I am sure this is a great product. It is just I have not received it. It has been missing with DHL for ten days and I am getting no help from PlayFaire at all. They have ignored my emails. Very very disappointing. If I don’t get a response soon I’ll have to claim a refund from my credit card company.”

Unfortunately, the delay was caused by issues with DHL, which are beyond our direct control. “The item quality is great, it was nicely packaged. However my order arrived a week later and I'm still waiting for customer service to respond to my next day delivery refund query so I'm a bit disappointed so far.”
