“I paid the extra for next day delivery - it didn't arrive and there was no notification or reply to my 2 email enquiries . It's due for delivery today but It still hasn't been acknowledged that 3 postal days have passed. Let's hope it turns up!”

“Issue with the delivery- fault of DHL. Delivered my package to the wrong person. Raised a complaint with playfair who were very helpful and sorted the issue and got a new delivery arranged. Happy with product received”
