“Professional outfit that is customer focussed. My order ( to Western Australia) seemingly went astray in the post. JP’s response to my email informing them of the failed delivery was very timely and apologetic. My account was credited to the full value of the missing item, no questions asked. The website easily allowed for reordering the part once stock was available. The website is well organised and worked seamlessly to see my package arrive today beautifully packaged and complete. Thank you Japan Plaza for fantastic service.”

“I ordered 1 Item and it took 1 week to Even ship it. I Paid more than 30€ for delivery and I had to Pay another 30€ for Customs. It’s Not the first time buying from Japan and usually the custom Part was included in the Shipping fee. Never ordering again here”
