“wonderful. good efficient processing times, the shipping from japan to australia is quick, the care put into packaging the items doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated, the note to warn the customer to be gentle with the mafex toys is appreciated, and the prices are so much better than other sites! appreciate the option to convert to aud, it feels like a special treat when the conversion rates end up being cheaper lol :)”

“I was looking for a less common item from Japan. I used to live there and my normal channels could not get it. Plaza Japan not only had it but it arrived the day after they shipped it. I thought the UPS tracking was lying to me but sure enough literally one day from Japan to my house. Incredible experience!”
