“My experience with Japan Plaza has been very good, and as a regular customer, this is not my first positive experience with them. Although the package took a little longer than expected to leave Osaka, I understand this was likely due to the country’s weather conditions at the time. The level of customer care, attention to detail, and especially the packaging clearly reflects the precision and excellence of Japanese culture. Everything arrived in perfect condition, which I truly appreciate. Perhaps this is a cultural aspect, but I would personally welcome some form of customer loyalty benefit in the future such as discount codes for repeat customers, bulk purchases, or other incentives to reward ongoing support.”

“Great prices compared to other websites. Relatively quick postage to Australia. I wanted some good looking wheels and better performing tyres for my Grasshopper Evo. Very happy with the results and with Plaza Japan 😁”

“Well I'm very happy to do buisness with this online store. I've been buying from them for close to a year now and I'm very happy with there service. “MY first experience to buy here on Line I am very satisfied Never had an issue what so ever. Always well packed. It took two weeks from Japan to Canada but it's really worth it. Kato= good price & quality !”

“Me encantó! Lo compré desde colombia, se demoró aproximadamente 1 mes el proceso, pero no estoy seguro si fue porque lo compre en preventa y luego vinieron las fiestas de año nuevo, entonces se retrasó más! pero una vez lo enviaron, se demoró 2 días en llegar a colombia. Tuve que pagar un impuesto en aduana del país desde internet para que pudieran continuar con el envío. Me encanto el producto, fue mi regalo de navidad/cumpleaños para mi mismo!”

“Hola amigos es el segundo pedido que les hago. Hasta ahora todo ha ido muy bien, contento con el trato y su atención. Buen material, especialmente de la marca Kato. He visitado en dos ocasiones Tokio-Japón y me gustaría poder visitar su tienda. Cómo dato negativo, son los gastos en los envíos y aranceles aduaneros, por lo demás todo perfecto. Un saludo.”

“Plaza Japan are one of only a few stockists of MAFEX figures, so importing to the UK is one of the only options. The ordering process was straight forward, multiple shipping options, quite pricey but not unexpected for the item we bought. There was a delay in shipping the item due to stock issue but customer services responded within hours so it has not deterred us from using them again for future purchases. Would recommend.”

“Perfect shipping, i received my parcel well packed ! The only problem is that i had to pay customs duty of 40€ that could have been prevented if it was shipped in severals small packages but great experience ! Many delicious food on the website !”
