“I received all my items on time, in perfect condition. The only issue was not knowing I had to pay $50+ additional import fees for just a few small items -- buyer beware! (This is not a slight against PlazaJapan at all. Because of the times, tariffs and import fees are high.)”

“Ordered several n scales pieces including 3 locomotives. Everything was packed and packaged superbly! I can't say I have ever received anything packed with such care! All pieces were of excellent quality and detail. Good communication on shipping and pricing options for dealing with tarrifs, I'll be glad when those are gone, stupid idea by the United States.”

“Was reluctant to place my order because shipping costs to the U.S. were very high due to tariffs and economy air freight was unavailable but bit the bullet because my order was a gift for my son. Shipment took less than two weeks and I was very pleased with the exceptional quality of the merchandise. What's more, my son was over the moon when he saw his gifts!! “Plaza Japan has a great selection of Re-ment and their prices are wonderful. Customer service is excellent...always helping out where I need assistance. My only, absolute only complaint, is that they do not a a large inventory of Re-ment (that or it sells out very quickly) and they seem to be behind when new releases come out in procuring them and making them available to their customers.”
