“Witam. Mieszkam w polsce I vzas dostawy jest noeco dłuższy. Ale to nic , poniewarz macie świetne produkty. Vzekam z niecierpliwością na zestawy Ironclad w szczególności na ciężkie krążowniki japońskie Haguro oraz Chokai w skali 1/350. Powodzenia . Izabela i Jaroslaw.”

“I had been looking for the Macross Model I purchased from Plaza Japan for a long time, especially at an affordable price including shipping. Plaza Japan always seem to be one of the only places that consistently has stock of items I cannot find in the UK, and have it ready and available for shipping and purchase. They also keep their stock levels up to date, and sell everything at incredibly reasonable prices. My purchase was shipped promptly, and I was kept informed at every stage of the process, and it arrived quickly, despite being shipped internationally and without priority shipping. I had no problems with any customs fees or import taxes, and it was delivered direct to my door in perfect condition in a carefully packed box. I would - and will - recommend Plaza Japan to anyone looking for Anime and Manga related model kits and Japanese modelling goods and accessories, and I am already planning my own next purchases.”

“My experience with Japan Plaza has been very good, and as a regular customer, this is not my first positive experience with them. Although the package took a little longer than expected to leave Osaka, I understand this was likely due to the country’s weather conditions at the time. The level of customer care, attention to detail, and especially the packaging clearly reflects the precision and excellence of Japanese culture. Everything arrived in perfect condition, which I truly appreciate. Perhaps this is a cultural aspect, but I would personally welcome some form of customer loyalty benefit in the future such as discount codes for repeat customers, bulk purchases, or other incentives to reward ongoing support.”

“Me encantó! Lo compré desde colombia, se demoró aproximadamente 1 mes el proceso, pero no estoy seguro si fue porque lo compre en preventa y luego vinieron las fiestas de año nuevo, entonces se retrasó más! pero una vez lo enviaron, se demoró 2 días en llegar a colombia. Tuve que pagar un impuesto en aduana del país desde internet para que pudieran continuar con el envío. Me encanto el producto, fue mi regalo de navidad/cumpleaños para mi mismo!”
