“The service is excellent and I was very happy with the free engraving - I think that is a lovely bonus to have. Now I don't have to ask anyone the time! I have, however, dropped one star because the wrong type of chain was sent; whereas that's not a complete disaster (I have fastened the end of the chain to the inside of my trouser waistband with a large safety pin, and it's not obvious), I did actually ask for a bolt ring and not a waistcoat chain.”
“Very nice watch , however it is not very accurate it is always either one or two minutes fast or slow each day, not a big issue this looses one star because of this.”
