“Arrived very promptly, slight problem with the chain with one clip end becoming detached very easily, not worth sending it back solve the problem with a little bit of epoxy adhesive.
The biggest disappointment was the VAT was not deducted on a sale to the Channel Islands in line with HMRC guidelines.”

“I ordered a pocket watch with three intials engraved on the back. Before ordering I asked what size font would be used, and I was told that the three intials would occupy a total width of 20-25mm.
Whwn the watch arrived, I saw that the actual width was no more than 10mm and the intials lokked very lost on the otherwise plain back.
Querying this with Pocket Watch UK, and asking whether it could be put right, I was told simply that they were 'not able to offer this service'.
I am left very disappointed, particularlyas no acknowedgement was made that they had misled my on the size of font.
I emphasise that the watch is otherwise excellent, but I would advise future purchasers to be very wary of the engravibg service.”
