He then asked why id only bought one tyre. Surely thats the customers business! I shouldnt be put in thst position. He then said well you usually get 2 together blaa blaa . I know the facts about tyres , tracking etc. I replied oh so you csn buy the second tyre.
Wheres the smile, customer eye contact . Very robotic attitude. I wont be revisiting.”
