"I have never visited a garage this unprofessional in Slough.\r\n\r\nBroke my locking nut and blamed the previous fitter for tightening wheel too tight. Had to buy a new one from the local dealer for \u00a341. End up spending half a day, that was originally 1 hour job.\r\n\r\nDid the wheel alignment and made the steering wheel go off centre.\r\n\r\nAsked me to come at 1.30 pm to fix the steering issue, and when arrived, told me there was a 45 minutes wait, if I came at 4.30 pm, my car could be checked right away. Returned at 4.30, first denied that they couldn't check the car as it was not in the system, and later, made me wait 45+ minutes before fixing the car.\r\n\r\nAnd the worst part is, not on a single occasion shown courtesy of apologising for their wrongdoings and terrible customer service.\r\n\r\nVery unprofessional borderline cowboys.\r\n\r\nI strongly advise DON'T go to this tyre shop. There are plenty of decent garages in Slough, with manners and customer service!"
