If the product breaks within this time we would be more than happy to replace free of charge, but unfortunately if out of this one year period we are unable to help.

“I’ve always loved Halo. I’ve bought all the colours and always use the topcoat but recently there’s been a big problem since you have change the ingredients. The new glitters and the new top coats are nothing but trouble. I’ve had to try and find all old top coats with stockists because I’m just not getting on with the new ingredients and everyone I speak to is going through the same. You need to change them back. They are setting they are dull they are chipping . I’m not happy . Why change a product that was working perfectly and it’s my busiest time of the year to have problems to fix . Sam”
Hi Sam. Thank you for your review. We apologise for this inconvenience and will have our old formula Non Wipe Top Coat back in stock soon whilst we rectify this issue with our new formula.

Hi Sarah. Thank you for your positive review. We absolutely are rectifying this issue with our Non-Wipe Top Coat and whilst we wait for this to be sorted, we will have some of our previous non-wipe top coat formula in stock shortly.
