About Ragazzi:

Established in 1993 Ragazzi is an independent, designer menswear store, based in Wrexham, North Wales.

Originally located on the outskirts of the town centre, Ragazzi moved to a larger premises in the prestigious shopping centre of Eagles Meadow in 2011. Over the years we have gained a reputation for stocking the latest brands in mens fashion.

“Really disappointed with Ragazzi, bought from here before but my latest returns process was awful, timing of communication was awful, charged a fee when I shouldn’t have been and then had to chase for a refund. Not good at all.”

“Ragazzi went above and beyond. Firstly they give out a “first purchase discount” which gave me a nice discount on my item. When the item arrived, after only a couple of days, it was packaged beautifully in an outer box with Ragazzi lettering. My item has a manufacturing fault, but once I messaged Ragazzi, they offered to put another pair aside to save my size for me, and that they would send out the replacement as soon as they received my package. I posted it back and received the replacement within a week. All my interactions with the staff have been great, they’re really friendly and helpful and knowledgable. After all that, it’s fair to say that I would highly recommend Ragazzi for all your Premium clothing/footwear purchases. 10/10”

“Mixed review for me…. partly my fault but anyway. First order from this site and got a couple of items on sale. Items arrived in good time, very well packaged and presented. Based on that would have been five stars. Unfortunately when I ordered there was an extra 10% code offered for purchases. I didn’t realise so emailed them straight after ordering via there link to ask if it could be honoured in anyway. I never heard back. Not even a no which I found disappointing. At least a no wouldn’t have felt like not being ignored! Accept I missed the offer but thought well of you don’t ask…..may use again based on items but not customer service.”
