Hi Stefan In future if something goes wrong we would recommend reaching out to us first before leaving a negative review, and our top-tier customer service team would have gotten back to you in no time at all to get to the bottom of your issue. In our experience 95% of incorrect radio codes are due to an incorrect serial number being entered into our decoders, but if it was determined that your radio was one of the rare few that have had their original codes reprogrammed, you would have been provided a complete refund.

“Brilliant service. Came within 10 seconds of me putting in the serial number. However getting the serial number was a whole different story as I had to take apart the radio housing in my car. Note to self. Write down radio codes and save them and don't leave car showrooms without it.”

In future if something goes wrong we recommend reaching out to us first before leaving a negative review, as this gives us no opportunity to look into what's happened. If we determine that your radio code is incorrect for your radio we would be happy to refund you, but in our experience 95% of incorrect radio codes are due to the serial number being entered incorrectly by mistake.
