“I really appreciate your service and got my radio reactivated using the code you provided. In the spirit of making a good service better, I’d like to suggest a more comprehensive instruction for the customer to reactivate their radio. My BMW radio was set to USA and the code provided was for the European area. I had to do a bit of research to figure out how to use the European four digit code to reactivate my radio instead of the five digit USA code. While I might enjoy the challenge, I could see how it would be frustrating for others. No criticism meant towards rapidradiocodes. Just a suggestion to make customers experience better.”

Hello David Thank you for your 4-star review. As you're aware it's not yet possible for us to instantly generate 5-digit codes for US Blaupunkt models. However it wasn't necessary for you to do any independent research - if you had simply scrolled down our BMW page here: https://www.rapidradiocodes.co.uk/manufacturers/bmw ...you would have found the relevant section for entering the generated 4-digit code into a US-model BMW, thanks to a video from our US-based friends at BS Garage. Or if you had followed the instructions in your email to contact us about an inaccurate code, we would have been able to reply with your manually generated US-format 5-digit code. We will consider your suggestions to add this information to our already very detailed entry instructions, but as you've now experienced, most customers do not read them as it is.
