“Sent a code that didn't work, then sent another which did work, but threatened to report me for fraud for saying the first one didn't work in a review they asked me to leave. Service works staff are helmets.”

Hello I'm not sure why you have given us a negative review. As was explained to you when you contacted our support, your initial instantly generated code was incorrect because you entered the manufacturer's decoy serial number that is designed to make our jobs as independent decoders harder. Not only were you informed that this issue has now been fixed and our systems will automatically detect for this decoy serial number going forward, your correct code was provided to you at no further cost a mere 4 minutes after contacting us. Since we have received no further correspondence from you since then and since this review is the first we're hearing of your new code not working, and since this is very unlikely because we've had a 100% decoding success rate for these models over the last year, please be aware that your payment details are now likely to be reported to our banks and payment systems as fraud and/or competitor sabotage if this review hasn't been deleted and we still haven't received video evidence of the provided code not working within the next 3 days.

Hello As was explained to you several times over at least 10 emails, your incorrect code was caused by you entering your serial number incorrectly. This entire email exchange could have been avoided by simply reading your instruction email, and the entire issue could have been avoided by entering your serial number carefully. When this was explained to you, you stated it was late and you didn't want to go outside to take an image of your serial number, at which point you began to spam our support email, and all your subsequent emails were ignored. As stated in a red warning on all of our manufacturer pages, we do not offer refunds for user errors caused by incorrect serial numbers, and the time and costs we save in doing so are part of what makes us the cheapest provider of instant radio codes on the internet. At 4.9 stars we are the highest rated online decoder on the internet, and have one of the highest decoding success rates, especially for these rare Ford TravelPilot models that many other decoders struggle with, but this only applies to the 99% of genuine customers who take the time to follow our simple guides and instructions. We do not have the time to cater to those who want to pay as little as possible, while doing as little work as possible, and still feel entitled to a refund, otherwise we would need to start charging much more than £4.99 per code.
