Hi As mentioned in our email response to you, we conducted a thorough investigation of our system and found no evidence of any crash or errors in our server logs. We then inspected our advanced analytics software - which allows us to view and analyse our users' experiences of our site - and these showed that your transaction did reach the payment success page containing your code. We attached a screenshot of this evidence to our email and have received no response to it since, so we can only conclude that no such crash or error took place, and are forced to assume a motive of fraud or competitor sabotage. In addition to the above, like all of our radio codes your code was simultaneously sent to your email after payment, which you admitted to not checking until after purchasing the same radio code from one of our competitors. You then contacted us for the first time requesting a refund without having previously contacted us about any crashes or errors, which is a condition of our refund policy. It is therefore for all of the above reasons that the discretionary refund for your correct radio code was declined on this occasion. All the best RapidRadioCodes
