We're not sure what would make you think £4.99 is expensive for this service, but we can assure you that it's far from it. The average dealership charges upwards of £30 for this service while also requiring that you book an appointment and take your vehicle to them. By contrast we charge a fraction of this price, and that price includes highly responsive UK-based customer support, bespoke code entry instructions, and an expertise in decoding radios that you won't find from dealerships or most online decoding services. Every single code we generate incurs various costs and fees, so £4.99 is in fact the lowest possible price we can charge for this service while remaining profitable in an economy where the price of everything else is rising. When we first started trading we were one of the first of the online decoding services to charge this fixed low price for all of our radio codes, and to the best of our knowledge we are still the cheapest provider of instant radio codes. Hi Juan As was explained to you over several emails, your radio code was invalid because you entered your serial number incorrectly into our Vauxhall decoder. If you had entered your serial number correctly, you would have seen a warning stating that your radio is one of many Vauxhall radio codes that cannot be decoded from the serial number and needs to be taken to a specialist. This would be true regardless of whether you used us or another online decoder - these models simply cannot be decoded from the serial number or VIN.
