“Not happy. Bought a rocket kit for my son for Christmas, said on the website that it’s “ready to fly straight out of the box” but when I got it, it said needed to buy a bunch more stuff for it to fly and it was too late to order before Christmas. Disappointed to say the least. Don’t say it’s ready to fly out of the box if it’s not.”

I have purchased quite a few items from RCMA.
This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had with a spektrum product.
This plane engine failure and smoke from around cowling, this was within 5 secs of testing this new plane out of the box at 10% engine power then I increased to 50%. Booom smoke and failure.
Now RCMA always dodge the issue using the manufacturer as the easy out to deflect there responsibilities.
I didn’t pay my money for this plane directly to the manufacturer.
I paid RCMA. This is going to be pretty.”

“Great service reasonably good range of rc products, but in today's economic climate it cannot be expected that model shops keep too many items in store hopefully selling them in a timely manner. But with that being said rcma still has a great range at very good prices, well done guys you are my go to store for rc gear.”
