“My order was delivered promptly, but I discovered that the pump mechanism of the product bottle was faulty, which meant I could not use it. It took a few days for the issue to be investigated, which also required the customer paying for return postage to return the faulty product. I was disappointed, but as this was a manufacturer issue and not the fault of Reliable Medicare, the customer services team were reassuring and transparent, with the return process stated on their website. After the investigation, I was given a refund of the product cost and offered free shipping on my next order, to cover my return shipping costs. I feel the customer services team handled this issue well, which gives me confidence to shop with RM365 again.”

“I`m working with Reliable Medicare for almost 3 years now and and it very rarely when I order everything what I need without some kind of problems. When I`m paing for my invoices it`s either I`m short in my paymemt (even when I piad exactly the invoice amount ) or overpaing for the order. They don`t have money refund policy ,so I hav to use my credits for future orders which is bring us to another problem. Reliable Medicare has 2 separate accounts, 1 in USD and another in GBP , and if previus payment was made in GBP , I can`t use it if my next payment will be in USD. Another problem- when I placed an order, item and quantity what I need where in stock but after I placed an order I found out that halp of the products not in stock. I live in US and very often I have to order products from Europe because it`s not available in USA but after so many problems with my last order I start looking for another suppliers.”
