“Imagine your worst customer service experience ever. They're worse than that!!
Ordered some things 2 weeks before xmas, now 2 weeks into Jan. still not arrived.
Send emails, FB message, Paypal refund request. no response...
Left Facebook message on there page, asking them to look into it. Post deleted and No email saying sorry or were looking into it. But yet they found time to delete my polite but negative post from there site. Left another one the next day, this was also deleted within half hour. Now i'm banned HAHAHAHA very professional!
Extremely poor customer service, for this reason i will not use them again and will highly recommend people not to buy from this store.

“Do not use this company. Football mug arrived which was great. The mouse mat still outstanding with no response after numerous request for delivery details. Customers do not deserve to be treat in this way so may be in your best interest to shop elsewhere”

“If I could give zero stars I would - absolute sh*Tahoe of a company. Sent me a completely botched cushion that my son bought with his own money for Father’s Day. What they sent was a joke! I’ve sent countless emails and messages on social media and have now been blocked as can no longer comment on their pages. “I ordered a t-shirt from Retro Clasico on 21st May. It's now 10th July and I still don't have the t-shirt. I've sent them six emails, messaged them on Facebook and also tried replying to their posts on social media. They sent me one email where they said they'd look for the tracking number, and since then they've completely ignored me. I understand that they're a small company and things can get lost in the mail from time to time, but to just ignore their customers really says a lot about the type of people they are. I've also noticed from reading comments on Facebook that other people are having similar issues. At worst they're a scam organisation. At best they're just completely incompetent and rubbish at communicating.”

“Ordered 2 custom made cushions in early April , still haven’t arrived now end of May. Received e mail 16 April saying goods on way but no tracking facility. Contacted their customer services 4 times and messenger once, plus Facebook comments. No response to any. Funnily enough after these attempts, e mailed same address to ask about making a customised order, replied to that one within 3-4 days! Was just checking they were monitoring e mails- obviously they monitor some but only ones they want! Contacting my bank for redress options”
“Disgusting customer service.
Item ordered on the 31st May. Paid extra for delivery. No item. Emailed 8 times in total, get told the item will be sent out urgently same day. 2 weeks later, nothing. Further emails sent, only to be told the item has been delayed by a third party printer and I'll get it urgently. That was the 18th June 2020. All my comments on their social media are deleted as soon as they are posted. There are no negative comments as they want to appear good. Be warned, its an utter scam. They even report negative reviews on trust pilot. The companydirector is Matthew Kitchen. Completely understand that small companies can have delays, and gave them the benefit of the doubt with covid. But the complete lack of customer service is shameful. My bank will organise a charge back but its not the point. BE WARNED BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING.”
