“Disappointed with purchase and customer service. Bought what I believed was a new dress, but when I went to wear it for the first time, the lining was heavily creased as if someone had been sitting in it. When I raised concerns about whether I’d been sold a pre-owned item, staff checked and said it was described as ‘fresh.’ Customer service couldn’t clarify if ‘fresh’ means the same as ‘new’ and sent me back to the shop. After weeks of back-and-forth, no satisfactory resolution was provided. Expected better transparency about product condition and more helpful customer service. Will never shop at Rixo again and would definitely not recommend it.”
“Very poor customer service. My return has yet to be refunded because Rixo can’t ‘find’ the package which was fully tracked to their warehouse using their labels. Apparently the tracking reference doesn’t work. Having to keep emailing and sending photographic proofs to get a response. Exhausting. Will avoid purchasing in future.”
“I purchased a beautiful gold plated necklace which was what I would call quite expensive (over £150) but I like quality accessories and am happy to pay for such. After only wearing it a few times it discoloured to the point it is no longer wearable. However, when I wrote to customer services showing images and proof of purchase they stated that as the piece was now 14 months old it was not considered a fault. Having worked in the fashion and accessories industry, for most of my life, this is not the quality I would expect. No other pieces of gold-plated jewellery from other stores have discoloured like this. I take extra care and never wear perfume or allow lotions or water to come into contact. So I am very disappointed with the customer service response and the poor quality product. I wont be shopping here again”
“Lovely clothes but administration lacking (no response to emails) and as for the delays in shipping out orders it is ridiculous. Orders can’t even be amended only deleted so over a week later no further forward with an order that’s going to be delivered to an address I’m not going to be at due to the delays. Poor.”
