“The products are great, however the customer service has been appalling. Weeks after I ordered I heard nothing and my order hadn't been dispatched. I had to contact Roarsome to see what was going on and then threaten to cancel my order before it was dispatched. I was told the reason it hadn't been sent was because one item was out of stock (when was the company going to tell me?!) however when the order arrived, that item was in the order and it was a different item that came in the wrong colour. When I questioned this, I was told that actually it was that item that was out of stock so they just sent me the wrong colour because I was going to cancel the order - again, the company wasn't going to tell me and just hoped I'd not query it!! The most appalling customer service I've experienced in a long time. Do better.
Also, the company didn't reply to my third prompting email, and the tone of all the emails wasn't great either.
Again, do better.”

Terrible customer service as parcel took a week to get to me, four times emailed Roarsome as could locate a telephone number!
One email back saying they had passed enquiry onto another department.

“My initial contact with Roarsome was amazing. 20th December which was the last day of ordering before Christmas explaining that I needed the order delivering before the following Friday to head off on holiday. After that point contact has been terrible and after the goods failed to appear for the date required I asked you to cancel and refund my money. I have now recieved confirmation that the item has still be delivered so will be returned the items when arriving back off holiday. Communication was almost nil after initial contact. Disappointed after initial great contact.”
“Was really excited but after lots of issues with the website I was a bit gutted when the coat a gift for my 3 year old arrived and was in a bag that had dirt all over it and the coat had sort of oil splatter marks on it.
Love the design, the delivery was easy and customer service seems great. Just disappointed they’d send out dirty & marked items as the outside of the parcel was fine so the item had been packed like it . Didn’t have time to exchange as needed to have it wrapped in advance for Xmas.”

Your coat cost 300$ and an extra 94$ upon delivery!! Its soooo expensive! And now fedex emailed me that my items is lost, and offer 100$ very disappointed!!”
“My rating does not apply so much to the product but rather to the customer service. I reached out about 3 weeks ago about a defective snap button on the trousers I purchased. At first, the customer representative has been very responsive and helpful. She informed me that I would get a replacement pair for free which is more than generous. I asked for a shipping update, and after not hearing back for a few days, I kept following up. I keep getting told that the replacement trousers have been shipped but I still can't get a tracking number. To get a response from the same representative, I have to continue to keep reaching out. I've been buying Roarsome clothes for my kids for a couple of years now. I've never had an issue with quality until this button, and I love the design. But this customer experience has been disappointing to say the least.”
