The products are great, however the customer service has been appalling. Weeks after I ordered I heard nothing and my order hadn't been dispatched. I had to contact Roarsome to see what was going on and then threaten to cancel my order before it was dispatched. I was told the reason it hadn't been sent was because one item was out of stock (when was the company going to tell me?!) however when the order arrived, that item was in the order and it was a different item that came in the wrong colour. When I questioned this, I was told that actually it was that item that was out of stock so they just sent me the wrong colour because I was going to cancel the order - again, the company wasn't going to tell me and just hoped I'd not query it!! The most appalling customer service I've experienced in a long time. Do better. Also, the company didn't reply to my third prompting email, and the tone of all the emails wasn't great either. Again, do better.
