Was really excited but after lots of issues with the website I was a bit gutted when the coat a gift for my 3 year old arrived and was in a bag that had dirt all over it and the coat had sort of oil splatter marks on it.
Love the design, the delivery was easy and customer service seems great. Just disappointed they’d send out dirty & marked items as the outside of the parcel was fine so the item had been packed like it . Didn’t have time to exchange as needed to have it wrapped in advance for Xmas.
