“I really wish whoever is thinking or sitting in front of their marketing team to join their service should see this message and realize nothing will work out as they promise. I have experienced it 2 times and both the times I contacted them 2 to 3 months before for some booking and followed up every week, that even cheaper ones within India and UAE. All time they just replied through email saying 'we will get back soon', but till last moment nothing happens. Both the times I booked everything my own last minute to keep my promise to family which is an absolute money waste for me. They are never reachable over phone. The marketing team told me they will be available for any future help, but when I called them for help they were saying 'our duty is just to make you join, now nothing can be done by us, email them and wait for reply'. I have seen some positive comments below, but from my experience I am 100% sure nothing will work out and I request everyone to realize the truth. It's an absolute fraud and scam company for me based on my experience.”

“The worst, I feel scammed by this company, we payed AED 10,500 so that they provide us reservations in different hotels and in many countries, it's been five months and they still didn't manage to make any single reservation, they don't answer calls or email, and if they do they just say all fully booked and never answer again. Never ever make our mistake and trust them.”
“It's totally fraud coz we take pakage from them around 3 month ago and when ever we try to make reservation helpline is busy not a single time we succeed to connect they just take 8000 aed for nothing it's a big scam please try to avoid them .they invite people's at hotels and showing fack data to collect money at the name of pakage .”
“We had booked membership with ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS on 28-July-2022 and they had promised various services like 4 to 5 star hotel booking anywhere in world for 40 nights, local sightseeing in UAE, events pass in UAE and other tours and recreational services. But when we requested for service, they are not giving any kind of service or booking as per contract terms. We had requested them to refund which we had paid by card for the membership fee, but they are not refunding the amount. They are not ready to give us any kind of inventory detail or any kind of information on available services which we can request for. We had booked and paid money assuming that UAE Government laws are strict and no one can do anything wrong. But this company is openly giving false promises and not giving any kind of service or booking as promised. This post is for the awareness of people in UAE. Kindly help us to get refund”
“I had taken a package and requested to book hotels, but they are not able to provide the booking and giving so many excuses and I had done so many follow up with them, but no booking was provided, visited to their office & sending so many emails but no proper responses from team.
My suggestion is that kindly don't go with this company it will become your headache and later you will realize. which i am facing currently.
I also have all emails & correspondence which i had send to them to prove my words.
Even don't believe on the words of Ms Sarika Khan and any other staff, they all will commit to provide you the services and will request you to remove rating from this platform but you will not get the services from them.”
