“Few things that you need to do as a business:
1) Get a Support Staff in place to answer the phone in real-time. Your response time should be at least 4 hours to get back to someone.
2) Get rid of FedEx as your shipping arm. They lack a knowledgeable support staff and there is a severe language barrier. Response time to solve an issue was beyond the 48 hour window. I had to be constantly proactive.
3) Customer service is everything. Learn it and live it! The more difficult to do business, the less interested customers will be.
Product is good and not the issue.”
