As I understand if they don't fit or there's a problem returns are concessional and cheap to do so but in this case will unlikely be necessary as they are simply a spare pair of an existing shoe in my line up .

I contacted customer services & Natasha responded immediately. She chased up the order with Royal Mail & kept me informed. The delay was all due to Royal Mail & no fault of RNW. Customer service is first class & I definitely recommend them”
