“Following multiple complaints received about Russbridge Academy Ltd., a course was purchased and multiple other checks were carried out to confirm the reputation and reasonable suspicions about the existence of online scamming schemes.
The following issues have been identified:
Russbridge Academy Ltd is a fake training provider in the United Kingdom which claims it can provide vocational and career-oriented courses including Adult Teacher Training, Assessor, Internal Quality Insurer Verifier and SIA Trainer courses.
Upon careful investigation the following inconsistencies were found:
-the landline phone numbers don't work
-the mobile number displayed on the website is answered by a single person who is indifferent and very rude
- the company does not have offices at the stated fixed locations
-once you make payments into the accounts of this company you will be blocked and lose your money
-cannot talk to a manager to solve the problem.

AVOID INTERACTION WITH THIS COMPANY - High risk of being an online scam business
Before making payments to the bank account of a company that provides online services, consider the following:
- checking the landline number
- ask to speak to a manager
- check the addresses where they claim to have their offices
-read negative reviews on Googlr, Trust Pilot, Facebook and other websites that can provide indicators and claims of fraud.
-avoid being deceived by positive reviews in order not to fall into confirmation bias, many of them are false, posted by them or people who participate in the scam scheme”
“Particularly unpleasant experience, waste of time and money. Online training consists of access to a few documents that you read by yourself, without any assistance from a teacher and moreover, it does not provide you with any new information, the documents can easily be found on the internet, then you have to fill in an examination portfolio. I completed my CAVA Assesor exam portfolio in a week but it has been two years, I have not received my diploma and Russbridge Academy cannot be contacted by email or phone. They are an online scam!”
“I leave this message so that others like me not loose their money like I was. I have bought an IQA course from Russbridge Academy more than 1 year ago. Till today I have not received a diploma and every time I call I am told that I am still under assessment. I paid nearly £700 to get this certification and was cheated out of my money with no chance of getting it back. Furthermore one of the staff spoke very rudely and said if I am unhappy and think I will sort something out, I may call the police as he knows the police can't sort anything out. They have done nothing to try to solve the problem. I asked to speak to a manager but was not given the opportunity. I have sent dozens of email messages without receiving any response. I am not the only customer cheated by this company. You can find similar cases if you google it. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”
“I took a Level 4 IQA with Russbridge and started it last year May 2021 and at first it was all good, not until after I submitted my portfolio Aug 19, 2021. They told me that I will have a result of my Level 4 IQA in 4 to 6 weeks. After the 7th week I started following up and the only thing they're telling me is that it is still under marking. In the time that I was following up with them they even told me that my course is not under TQUK which is before I enrolled I confirm to them if it is TQUK accredited and they confirmed it to me. Even until last week I called them and still my portfolio is under marking its been 8 months since I submitted it and still no progress, I ask my tutor who I can communicate because the operator on the number on their website is stopping me to talk to anyone from the company and saying that the manager is not there all the time. My tutor gave me Mr. Siddique one of the director and when I emailed him still there is no response from him. Not to mention that the operator of this organisation is so rude and will prevent you to contact the manager for a complain. You can see all of my emails communication with them.
I won't recommend this training provider to anyone. This training provider should not even have a 1star for the rating they just took my money and did not do anything. I have wasted my time, effort and money for nothing.
