“I am disappointed that first I replied to the confirmation email by adding an additional scent (as asked by yourselves) and had no reply, then I emailed to inform you that one scent smelt only of rose and no other fragrance (plum, rose & patchouli) and have still not received a reply. I spent quite a lot of money and have done since starting my business and I am disappointed in the customer service I have received of late.”

“Received my “starter pack” and was looking forward to making my first candles..however when reading through the welcome note...is states.....before you start please make sure you have a double boiling pan, thermometer, pouring jug !! So this isn’t really a starter pack as I didn’t have these items and have had to purchase these in addition to be able to make the candles. Surely if this is starter pack, then it should have ALL the required items.”
