“Very disappointed with you after years of being a loyal customer I had to cancel an order which I tried to do 30mins after I placed it I got no response from yourselves and even before my order was packed never mind shipped so there was no need for it to be processed but all you wanted was my money so disappointed will never be back”

Hi Colin, We’ve looked into this, and unfortunately, there are some discrepancies in the information provided in your review. Your order was placed at 17:14 on March 11th, and the dispatch email was sent to you by DPD at 11:45 the following morning, according to their system. The order was collected shortly after and loaded onto DPD’s wagon as part of a pallet. We can see that you added a note to the order system at 13:07 requesting to cancel, but by that point, the order had already been packed and dispatched. It’s disappointing to receive an accusation that is inaccurate. Had we received official contact within the 30-minute window, as you claim, we would have been happy to cancel the order. - Scents Soaps and Candles

“Unfortunately my order, which had a 48 hour delivery option and was urgent and needed to arrive by that time, did not arrive for almost a week. I wrote to the company after the 48 hours and they just said it wasn’t guaranteed. I wrote again after 5 days to complain but they didn’t bother to reply. I ah to cancel my own customers order that it was needed for. Not happy”

“Product will be good as always but please get a new courier, or absorb the cost yourselves. 12 days shipping time to Northern Ireland is just plain stupid. I could purchase the stuff cheaper from Europe and the postage and shipping times would be less. £12 p&p is a premium rate for postage so I thought that DPD would have it here almost next day.”

“WORST SELLER ever experienced I received a damaged order back in the beginning of December 23. I tried to contact them over the course of 3 weeks no stop. 17. Phone calls. No one answers and no option of voicemail. 13. Emails sent. No response 4. Online contact forms Warned them of legal action. Took legal action. Mediation failed as owner refused to replace damaged order even though pictures were sent of the damage. Now this case will be dealt with by the COURT.”

“Ordered (154343 ) Amber and Bergamot as well as Patchouli Oils. And had big issue with Amber oil as it doesn't smell same. Has nothing to do with Amber scent. Used same recepie for my product and ended up with scent of Hospital. Absolutely nothing to do with an amber. Other than it's sweet and doesn't even smell like an amber its extremely lquidy. As for Bergamot - it seems to me has some additional oil added to it as smell is very weak and it's basically diluted with some carrier oil. Never had this before. Tried to escalate return, but SSC website stated they do not accept returns for oils. However that is what they are selling. Absolutely scam. Very mad! Now stuck with 1000ml of Fake amber and 1000ml Diluted Bergamot!”

“My order was cancelled close to day of delivery because as they said (after I had to mail for cancellation reason) "we don't deliver to forwarding addresses". You would think they would specify this from inception. Ridiculous time wasters!”
