Sorry I don’t like to leave a negative review but the fragrance oil is too weak. Diluted for a reed diffuser the scent is non existent. The delivery was really quick but definitely try very small amount first before ordering large quantities

Hi Elizabeth, when making reed diffusers, it is essential to test different fragrances at various percentages. I can see you have only tried one of our fragrance oils. Making home fragrance products is essentially like a science experiment. You have a number of variables and some will remain controlled and some you will need to change. Due to the different ingredients within each fragrance, testing is always required. Unfortunately, there isn't a one formula fits all in home fragrance making.

Not happy with the jimmy choo and daisy when added to my soap mixture it smelt of nothing and lost yet another batch of soap.

Hi Liam, you requested us to change your address and DPD attempted to deliver it to the address requested. Unfortunately, as the door wasn't answered the driver marked it as unable to deliver. We offered to resend a new parcel to you, but you said you didn't want DPD to deliver any parcels to you going forward.

Terrible service and customer follow up. I did not get what I ordered in terms of size. I spent some time to ensure what I ordered was the correct size for the use I had intended. When I realised when opening the package it was totally of no use, I attempted to contact you. There is no phone number and so I emailed giving my order no and offering to pay more for the correct item. I just got a curt reply , as you can see from records. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or ask how Richard could be of any further help. Just awful customer service. I am a qualified holistic practitioner specialising in aromatherapy so I am extremely disappointed in your company. This is no way to run a business. Richard made clear he had no interest in helping further.

Hi Chris, unfortunately, Richard was not able to assist you as you sent us an email discussing you order for 'metal tops' for your Hendricks gin bottles. There was no order from you for 'metal tops' so Richard could not rectify it as this is not something we have sold to you. Our products are for making wax melts, candles, diffusers, soap etc. Have a nice day. - SSC

The Angel fragrance I bought for over £58 smelled of nothing at all and the company would not believe me nor let me return the product. I have bought from them before but this time they showed their true colours. Such a shame and very unfair. Please don't buy from them they are not to be trusted in my experience. No wonder that many reviews of the Angel fragrance simply say that it arrived but no comment about its value, scent or strength........unbelievable!

Hi Mambo, what you bought is fragrance oil. We don't sell perfume so it is not the original. Fragrance oils are 100% concentrated and you need to mix them with a base product.

Ordered £175 worth £11.99 delivery. Waited all week. dPD kept changing delivery. Then we only received wicks and oil. No wax?!?! £100 worth of wax not delivered and it was in stock. God knows where it is?!?!

Hi Kathryn, as we tried to explain on the phone to you on Friday, DPD attempted to deliver to you, but the parcels were marked as declined. It turned out the address you provided at checkout was missing a street causing the driver to struggle to find you. Redelivery has to be scheduled when a parcel has address issues. Your wax is with DPD and should be delivered shortly.

Hi RL, your parcel has been dispatched and is on its way. Unfortunately, you selected Royal Mail for your shipping option who were on strike the day you ordered and they are striking a lot of the minute. These strikes are beyond our control. Hi Lana, Your parcel is currently with Royal Mail. You can track the progress of it with the tracking link sent to you. Unfortunately, you ordered on a day they were on strike. We try to make it clear that there will be delays with Royal Mail with the message attached to option about delays when it is selected at checkout. - SSC

Disgusting services ! Out of two orders of candle tins I had over 100 damaged tins ! I thought it was the first time with this Company turns out it’s not ! I was called a liar had a phone call where I wasn’t able to speak and I was hung up on all because this issue had happened previously! I have photo proof of the damage and 98 tins to return ! I’m left out of pocket and stuck with no tins for orders ! I would not recommend this company at all they even told me not to shop with them again which is an awful comment to make when your company is in the wrong

Ordered from Ireland and was never informed that I would have to pay €50 import tax. Should be highlighted on the website when checking out. Very disappointed will not be ordering from this company again

Hi Amy, unfortunately, since Brexit that is the case when ordering internationally from outside the EU. You paid no VAT at check out and instead paid it to your country upon import. This information is available on our shipping information page.

I am not happy as I have been sent products that expire in 2 months time. When I contacted them, this was not resolved and I was told the products would still work. I won’t purchase again from this website.

I purchased a 20k KeraSoy Pillar Wax Blend and the quality was awful. Every single candle I made with the wax came out covered in frost despite using the same methods, materials and moulds. When I emailed the support and raised the issue, I was told this was pretty normal behaviour with soy wax which is not true as I had purchased the same wax from scented soaps and candles multiple times previously and never had this issue. A huge amount of wax was wasted and there were lots of delays in delivering our orders because of this issue as we ended up buying wax from another supplier. It was a total waste of money.

Hi Sara, we are sorry to hear you struggled with frosting on your candles. Frosting is something that can naturally occur with vegetable waxes. If you google "soy wax frosting" there is a vast amount of information on it and how it can be reduced. We always test each batch of wax before selling it to ensure it is up to standard and we also retested it. We found no issues with the batch you mentioned. We offered recommendations on how you could reduce it, but we never heard back from you.

Absolutely awful service, I ordered from 3 other companies and all 3 delivered within 3 days, a week later I am still waiting for my order you Blame Royal Mail but the other orders arrived via Royal Mail with no problems, I am trying to run a small business and I won’t be using you again!!

You have sent the wrong size warning labels to me. I would like to return them but I can't find your 'goods return form' in the returns area. Please advise where I can get this form (it would be really helpful if it is available in the returns tab.

Hi Averil, we only have one size of warning labels for the diffuser they are 50mm in diameter. These are the only size of labels we have ever stocked. - SSC

Hi Jan, the strength of fragrance can vary based on the percentage of the fragrance that you use and the base that you use them in. We currently sell over 200 fragrances and can see that you have tried 3 so far that are very popular with other customers. - SSC
