About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“Fantastic all round! Great communication and support, great products and, most importantly, great results. Dermatitis combatted for my 2 year old as the PJs stop her from removing the creams and itching during the night. I genuinely couldn't rate them highly enough and would recommend anyone to try them. Products are very large so would recommend buying at least one size down (my daughter is two and a half and I bought 18-24 months - still big but at least hey will last her much longer!). Thank you ScratchSleeves :)”

“My son has eczema and scratches a lot at night, hence the reason to purchase scratchsleeve two piece night suit. A few suggestions, the material was a little thicker than expected and knowing that eczema prone kids cannot tolerate too much heat, it kind of defeated the purpose. Secondly, although i ordered the correct size for my child, if the pyjamas had a draw string waist, then it would help because every child has a different waist size and length. I know you have to cater for all but a draw string band would have helped everyone. Thanks.”

“My son has exzema and i used to use smaller size socks on his hands. My friend told me abt this product and it is amazing. My son still scratches when he gets frustrated but he no longer draws blood as the ends are silk so its not as rough as socks. So far i have purchased 4 and they are amazing. I usually put them on underneath his tops as it gives me peace of mind that he cant take it off. So glad and happy to have been told about these!”

“This is our second order of scratch sleeves, after the first ones got too small. They are brilliantly made and have helped curb the skin damage done during the scratching sessions my eczema-prone son does in his sleep, giving him a more restful night. Delivery is swift, and the company’s return policy (tested the first time round when I overordered to find the right size) is fantastic.”

“I tried the sleeves in an attempt to keep my son from scratching his forehead and drawing blood. The sleeves are a great solution and I love that they are silk so they are ready smooth when he rubs his face. 100% recommend.”

“Purchasing these scratch sleeves was the best thing I ever did! My daughter is only 22 months old and since she was 12 months old she starting pulling her hair all out whilst sleeping during the night, she was completely bald and I had been to occupational therapists and I tried many things to try and stop her doing it but nothing worked until I came across these. She’s been wearing them every night (without any inconvenience to her at all) for around 2 months now and her hair is finally growing back and I couldn’t be happier. She still puts her hands up to her head to try and get to her hair but she just rubs it now because the silk on the ends make it impossible to grab any hair, she’s extremely content to just rub and stroke her head now too, she’s not once complained about wearing them. Could not recommend them more these have been a complete godsend for us.”

“My little boy had eczema on his face and would scratch himself to bits in the night or in sheer frustration when he was tired. Using scratch sleeves in conjunction with the right cream has made such a massive difference to his delicate beautiful skin. His skin is now as it should be but we still use the scratch sleeves for extra reassurance. They’re super soft and silky. Highly recommend.”
