About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“The scratchsleeves have been massively helpful in preventing my baby granddaughter from scratching the sore patches on her face and tummy. Ordinary scratch mitts are still rough enough to cause damage and easily slip off. The scratchsleeves stay on and the silk mitts are very gentle on the sore patches, allowing the skin to heal. Thanks, they are a brilliant invention.”

“Our little boy was admitted to hospital with eczema herpeticum when he was 2. The dermatologists there recommended scratchsleeves for him so we ordered some and have been ordering them ever since (hes now 5). He sleeps with them every night and it really helps to lessen the damage he does to his poor skin!”

“Excellent products. So pleased larger sizes are available, as they're so helpful for my older child who still suffers from eczema-related nighttime scratching. The colours are lovely, too. I wish for my child's sake they didn't need scratchsleeves, but I'm so thankful these exist - they make such a difference to our daily lives. Please make more colourful larger size options, for a colour-loving kid!”

“Brilliant little mitts for our little James coming up to 1 year who has severe excema. now it’s clearing up the mitts are excellent with the sometimes excessive scratching and thsts what we need! Thank you highly recommend”

“These have been a godsend for my little girl who really suffers with eczema. They tend to stop putting scratch kits into baby gro’s past 6m so without these it would have been a nightmare. My only recommendation would be some different colours. More neutral and softer colours. It just gives you a better variety of all outfits. Doesn’t affect use obviously and is just a suggestion 🫶🏼”

“Excellent products, have 4 body suits and 2 criss cross shrugs. Love using bodysuits at night and open and close mitts as needed (there are some very scratchy spurts at night and then deep sleep cycles when I give my child's fingers some freedom). The material is very soft and washes well. The shurgs are amazing to use over half sleeve vests, as they are short and don't over heat the child. Would be great to have the mitts openable but I suppose that would make the full piece too heavy given its minimal in length on torso. Very fast shipping too. Highly recommend to all parents and babies who struggle with eczema !! Thank you”

“The scratch sleeves have helped my daughter with her hair pulling disorder (trichotillomania). They stop her from pulling her air out in the night when she is asleep. She also sucks her finger so we cut a hole in the sleeve to let that finger poke out and she can still suck it for comfort and self-soothing. Worn every night and quality lasts - she typically outgrows them every couple of years. The tops are used all year round. The jackets are great for hot weather to wear alone.”

“I have purchased several scratch sleeves extended mitt scratch sleeves and a pyjama set for my Grandson and am so happy i found this site. The quality of their products is excellent and are available in bigger sizes as your child grows. Customer service and communication is first class, i would highly recommend scratch sleeves”

“The sleeves have been fantastic for our baby who kept wriggling out of regular mitts/integrated mitts. The tips are soft and don't irritate baby's skin. I highly recommend this if your baby struggles with eczema. We use both normal scratch mitts and the velcro ones. They're always mailed very quickly too.”

“I can’t stress how lovely these products are our little one developed face eczema and I managed it well in the day but at night she would just scratch it until it would bleed and suddenly I was back at square one trying to manage it. But as soon as we used our scratch sleeves it was able to heal properly and with this products help her eczema is gone!! Try it you won’t be disappointed it’s an easy to use well made solution.”
