About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“My order was delivered to the wrong address! I wrote to costumer centre and rather than follow up with their delivery company they asked me to check if my neighbours had the package and then wanted me to fill out a form to make a claim with the delivery provider rather than them! I had to place a second order and forget about the first one! I hope the second one gets delivered correctly!”

I have looked into this for you and can see that the tracking shows that your order was delivered. In these cases we request that customers check with neighbours in the the first instance, as this is usually the quickest way of tracking down the parcel. As Royal Mail are cracking down on delivery fraud, we request that you sign our non-delivery form so that we can make a claim on your behalf. Once we have received this signed form from you, we can then resend the order. If you complete the form and send it back to us, we can arrange to resend and make a claim with Royal Mail.

“My daughter was a thumb / finger sucker since birth (she is now 2.5 years old). We tried everything - bad tasting nail polish, thumbsie thumb and finger covers, nipit etc. Scratchsleeves was the only thing that worked. She did not protest wearing them, they are super soft, and she slept totally fine the very first night without sucking her thumbs and fingers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I could not live without these sleeves for my 2 year old! She has been wearing them for over a year now and it has saved her skin from any bleeding or scratches. Especially in long car journeys. They are absolutely great. I genuinely recommend these to anyone who has a child suffering from Eczema. They make a world of a difference. I buy a few so I can wash them and still use them too. They are so soft in the hands.”

“Scratch sleeves have really helped our son to have a more restful sleep without scratching his face and neck raw. The Velcro ScratchSleeves work better than the bolero type for us (our son manages to escape the bolero ones) but we are really happy with the quality of the product and very grateful that it is reducing the itching and enabling his eczema to clear up. Thank you!”

“I bought the little cardigans then moved onto the pj tops for my daughter. She tugs her hair quite a lot with her right hand while sucking her left thumb. Wearing the cardigans worked well at stopping her pulling her hair until she started pulling the cardigans off so I bought the pj tops and they are perfect as she knows she can't pull them off. She has been using them for over a year now, she's 2 years old. I'll continue to use them until she stops pulling her hair. Great customer care when I had to contact the company. Many thanks.”
