Awful. Damaged goods, at keast they arrived, but damaged. Since then numerous email, calls, no answer and now phone lines down. Added trading standards to email and ni answer. But get a request for a positive review. Not happening. So dont order. Obviously financial problems

Ordered fencing 2021, continual excuses on delivery failure. 1 year on no fence and unable to secure refund. Screen with envy refuses to communicate. Stay well clear!

Ordered merchandise from them. Supposedly sent 26/08/22. Never arrived, still wait on refund. Don't part with any money to this lot of dodgy people.

This Company is terrible, They sent me The wrong screen and now I can’t get in touch with them re. A refund. The phone line is down and the Chat doesn’t reply..

They seem to be in financial crises. I should have researched before paying them. Paid £1600 and no sign of delivery or any communication for that matter. They have a call centre in Philippines who have no clue what’s going on. Still no delivery and we have no choice but just to wait

Having the exact same issue..no goods from order placed well over a month ago. Whenever I ask for a refund nobody will respond and today the phone is also not working. I assume they must be in some kind of financial difficulty. I wish I had done my research on this business!

Echoing what others are saying about this company. They used to be good but now have gone dodgy. Avoid avoid avoid. I've purchased from them, not seen any of my items. I've contacted the 0333 number - which then directs you to a 0808 number - which tells you it's currently undergoing maintenance. You then go online to the chat - and no one responds (even though it says they'll respond immediately). Then, you have to book a call..... Something tells me they don't want you to contact them. So, if they are scammers, fraudsters....why are they still allowed to be in business and stealing peoples money. So avoid at all costs...... and let's hope someone catches them for fraud.

i have been in contact with the company but i dont get reply's they sent he incorrect item and now i cant get a reply i have sent photos to show it is the incorrect item but the customer service is terrible. the phones say they are under maintenance but yet the take your call for new orders

Wish I could leave no stars. Awful company, took my money in June said it would be a 10 day delivery. We are now in September, I have no goods no answers. They don't answer phones, emails or the instant chat. Awful I'm now going to try to get my money back. They shouldn't be allowed to trade and advertise sale etc with no intentions to send any products!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with, placed an order in the middle of July, still not found out when it will be delivered, can’t contact them via phone, don’t answer emails bloody shit… Paid for item’s up front

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. Have only received three medium sized screens altho I ordered seven in total 3 + 3 and 1 Free. I then discovered a delivery note signed for but NOT MY SIGNATURE!! Initially thought they’d been delivered incorrectly but reading comments on here seems I’ve been scammed too. DO NOT buy from Screen with Envy (should be called puce with rage) tried calling it, cut me off they then rang me on callback feature which also cut off as I answered. I went on live chat - I got a sales promotion advert as a reply!! When I got angry and said that didn’t answer my question it then said ‘Sorry we’re having technical issues please email’ I have done three times now and been ignored. Safe to say I’ve kissed goodbye to £210 hard earned cash for three small screens which are not worth £70 each. PLEASE STEER CLEAR !!

Never respond to e mails or chat or voice mails for an order update. I will travel from Wales to their base to get a refund as you only have 14 days to get your money back!

Terrible service. Took my money, didnt deliever items (which was a regmarole to prove to THEM that nothing had been delivered to me), and now are not refunding me. Customer service staff are rude. Seems like many other customers are in the same situation.

I did pay around £500 and still not received my order after one month.They don't answer back to mails , phone, message.Its so disappointed and hope I will recovery my money.

Attempting to reach Screen with Envy after placing order. Via the following channels... 12 times via their chat function on website No response to my question but 25 marketing messages received 17 times on the phone Never answered. Always cuts off 9 times on email Received 2 x stock response emails in rotation for weeks and weeks, no response to question on account (sophie will keep on churning out reference numbers and shortly after haseeb will keep on sending sunflower emojis and promises a personalised response shortly. These are both automated emails. 22 times on twitter (direct messages) Received one response saying they will check with the senior manager Received further response after chasing saying they will check with the manager Requested refund today, using their terms found on their website. should land in the account in 14 days. We will see. Please, do take a look at all the twitter pages and just google search for even more terrible customer stories that have not been removed by the SWE team. They keep on pushing out marketing mailers, keep on offering discounts. not one person can provide an update on an order. Question is - is the business struggling? is this the last 'lets just get cash in then go bust and do a runner with the money'? I have no idea. they won't be around for long regardless with this reputation. The deserve zero stars. why is there not this option????

Terrible company, need investigated by trading standards, they discount everything to get your money and produce nothing for months, any positive reviews on here are false done by staff, I’ve tried to leave reviews on company site gets deleted, tried on Facebook, deleted in 5 secs, then blocked. Gone with Charles & Ivy fabulous service yes pricier but you get what pay for- AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
