I cannot understand the poor reviews that are being received by this company, I can only assume they are being targeted by a rival company??? I ordered four large outdoor screens. Communication was excellent and the screens arrived a week later. The screens are beautiful and cannot wait to put them up on our patio area. I also had a query regarding installation and I received a reply within the hour. I would certainly not hesitate to buy from this company again.

This company does not even deserve one star!! I Ihave been waiting for a radiator cover for 8 months now - having paid in full. I have repeatedly asked for a delivery date and every time I am fobbed off and told delivery will be 'next month.' but this never happens. Now the company has stopped responding to my emails!

0 stars,l had to award that to get started.Still waiting for my order to arrive 6 weeks later as the first one got lost!! The sales staff are extremely helpful and lull one into a false sense of security.l have hung on to telephone for 20 min's this a m and it is now not working

Ordered 2 large screens which arrived in time and look great but this was at the beginning of summer. Since then I Ordered 3 smaller screens and radiator cover. After 4 weeks I emailed to ask where's my order to be told one item is out of stock ? I asked for the screens to be sent separately which they did. I noticed the quality between the 3 screens we're different so I emailed again asking if you design and manufacture them yourself why are they not checked and more worrying why did the box say made in CHINA. This i assume is why the radiator cover is out of stock. Now nobody will reply Shocking.

Ordered 5 screens in total. £350. All were delivered damaged and unusable. Contacted and said they would refund 10% if I could use them. Erm no! Replacements sent. 2 unusable 1 scratched. So again I contact them. Replacements - no thanks. Money off - no thanks. Just come and collect them and give me my money back. 8 emails no reply. I’ve resorted to using my bank to get my money back. Genuine crappy company.

Very poor experience. Paid in May for my order - at end July still waiting on a crucial part of it so can't use any of it . No one on end of phone, friendly style but hopeless customer service emails. I would not buy from them again

Awful customer service. Ignored from every angle you try and contact them. Order ‘eventually’ came wrong. Said they would send out an return email but have not. Would highly recommend to AVOID this company at all costs.

Wrong parts delivered. Promises of next day delivery which was 2 weeks, delivered wrong part again, another promise of next day delivery, took 5 days. Rude ignorant staff that lie on phone and chat. Won't refund d me despite their company website saying can return for no questions asked refund! How is this company allowed to trade? Reported to trading standards.

Excellent delivery service and gorgeous screens but we had a wrong part delivered and the after sales care is atrocious. Promises of replies to emails haven't happened , the online chat service promised we would have the issue sorted but it hasn't. I will never buy from this comosny again ! Appalling after sales care .. there are other similar companies we will be using in the future . Wish I had read reviews before placing my order !

⚠️DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY⚠️ Waited 4 weeks for a delivery, some of my items finally arrived! Damaged at the sides as if been in a vice! I have spoken/emailed the customer service team numerous times, emailed Sophie Birkert (CEO) herself...still nothing On top of receiving damaged goods, I am still missing the posts. So even if the screens weren't damaged, I couldn't put them up I am now told to return the items myself in order to receive my refund. From the one courier I could find that would collect them, the quote was £166!! I am appalled by the lack of empathy and abysmal attitude of the customer service team. I will be reporting the company to trading standards In what world should the customer be expected to fork out £166 to return items that were delivered damaged by no fault of their own but by fault of the company?! Screen with Envy should take responsibility as any legitimate company would

Broken panel arrived Not been replaced after saying they would and they do not reply to my 5 emails. Feel they are unreputable I would never buy from them again

Warning this company Screen With Envy is a scam if you are not satisfied you will not be refunded after return the owners Sophie & Tom Birkert are scammers Here's my email: Hi Sophie I received my order NL8244 on Tuesday 17 May but the beautiful screen was not usable for what I intended and returned it to them on Wednesday 18 May around 1.15 pm, returned to you in venlo venrayseweg 130c and handed over to your employee Veronica who received the package has received. I ordered on 26th May on next day delivery. Goods didn't arrive I contacted was told I would receive an update on my order but nothing. I chased via message service I was either told I would get an update in a few days or sorry we are busy. I tried commenting on social media posts I have now been blocked. I have emailed and messaged multiple times with either no reply or automated lies. I emailed and called the courier directly who told me to talk to the supplier. On 13th June I got an email that said that my order was dispatched and they have requested an update from the courier which takes up to 24 hrs but can be up to 72 hours. I believe this to be a lie. No contact since so I chased again and asked for a refund or delivery confirmation still no reply. If you read trust pilot reviews and reviews from ex employees on forums they are told to lie to customers. Their customer service is shocking! There are so many people in the same situation. Please don't risk your money. I have reported them to Watchdog, if you are in the same situation report them to stop them taking other peoples money with no delivery of good in the future.

Ordered gates in April, never received, cannot get a refund from them, scam company, having to make a claim on my credit card to get my money back! They delete all negative comments on social media! I’ve written to watchdog, as have many others, let’s hope they get exposed for the fraudsters they are! Only way to stop these companies is to cut them off at source, that is no one purchase anything from them!

I ordered 2x radiator covers back in March on next day delivery. Since then I received 2 emails pushing the delivery date back by a month each time. The promised delivery date in May came and went and i heard nothing from them. After countless attempts I got an email reply saying they would be sent in June. At that point I decided to Google reviews of this company and were horrified to read that people have been waiting for orders since 2021! I contacted the company again (phoned, chat, email), to cancel the order and get a refund, but could not get through to anyone. Then out the blue I got two emails one saying the radiator covers would be delivered in June and the other saying they would be delivered in July. I replied to both asking a)which date is it then? and b) can I just cancel the order as I have been waiting 4 months by now. I've not heard anything back from them at all. Total radio silence. So I join the throng of (thousands??) of others, waiting for a refund and some semblance of response from this shambolic company. How on earth they have become a partner for ITV's Love Island beggars belief. Its all about to come crashing down for sure. Their business model is to take peoples money but not deliver the goods. I hear Watchdog are investigating them at the moment and once the Love Island ads start I'm sure plenty others will be interested to know how this unscrupulous company is treating its customers. Please read the TrustPilot and other review sites to get an idea of what they are up to. They remove all negative feedback and comments from all their social media platforms!

I ordered a radiator cover 7th October 2021, on next day delivery. I received notification that there was a delay and it would not be delivered until the end of October. I still do not have my order. Every month, I do a live chat on the Screen With Envy website, and every month I am told that it will be delivered the following month. I appreciate that with COVID and Brexit there would be delays with supply however I do believe that after 8 months (to be told that it will be a further 2 months) that this is far from reasonable and acceptable. - I am almost certain that I will request an update in July to be informed of further delays. Up until a few weeks ago, the product I ordered was still showing as available for next day delivery - now, the website is showing a 3 week lead time due to popularity (yet I am being told end of July?) In February I was informed that I would receive the order in March and that there would be no further delays; I received a refund of £6 for the inconvenience and all of the many discounts and offers I had missed out on. March came and went. In April, I was ready to cancel my order in full (how many times can one person chase an order to be promised false delivery dates? At this point I had requested an order update 11 times) I was informed that all supply issues had been resolved and that it was guaranteed that I would receive the item in May; I was also promised that I would receive updates via email (nothing received) I receive texts and emails, almost daily, for discounts which is great but I would prefer emails updating me on the status of my order (and what would be better, my actual order delivered!) I am beyond frustrated with this; especially when I am told that “screen with envy has every intention to fulfil my order” but no one responds to emails.

used this company prior to lockdown, service was great, delivery swift, product as expected. Recently placed a few orders over a 2 week period, this on the basis of “Next Day” delivery - after 1 week I contacted the company via the chat online. No information on when the product would be available, I even got a “finger crossed” emoji when told I would have info in two days. Subsequently, 3 weeks later I was told the product I have ordered is going to be another 6 weeks at least, but all other products were available if I wanted to swap. I agreed to swap as I was promised a “next day” delivery. 30mins after receiving the despatch confirmation email I received a follow up email informing me that the Courier company did not pick up my delivery. Since then I have not been able to get a response via email, chat or telephone. Well over £1k spent and no info.I also have received numerous marketing emails encouraging me to place orders for early discount…. All this off the back of an email from Sophie, the founder, advising that ScreensWith Envy had been named as official partner of Love Island, but this would NOT have any impact to deliveries… I’m guessing I will see my screens (Kerplunk) on the new series of Love Island then!. A real shame to see a company lose sight of what made them grow… the customer!

Not impressed - waiting 2 weeks now for delivery and all i get is some drivel about Love Island. No information whatever despite contacting the several times Focus on you customers ! will cancel my order if i don't hear from them in 24 hrs
