“Not happy had to wait 4 months to receive my goods”

“NO HE PODIDO RECIBIR MI PEDIDO POR BLOQUEO EN LA ADUANA, ADEMÁS HE TENIDO QUE PAGAR GASTOS ADICIONALES PARA EL TRAMITE, AUN HABIENDO PAGADO GASTOS DE ENVIO. DESPUES DEL GASTO ME PIDEN APORTAR DOCUMENTACION COMO SI YO ESTUVIERA HACIENDO UNA IMPORTACION. EN TEORIA LO IBA A TENER PARA NAVIDAD Y NO TENGO NINGUNA SEGURIDAD DE QUE DESPUES DE PAGARLO Y LOS GASTOS PUEDA TENER LA MERCANCIA.”

“Haven’t got my items yet, and hope I will get them at least at some point soon. Y’all haven’t answered my Emil. On the website said it would take 5-10 days, it’s now 17 days and continues for probably more days. Don’t know if it because I live in Denmark, it could be that the transportation is ass. It has honestly been more easy to get stuff from china, then the UK.”

“Terrible support, requested an invoice 5 times and did not even get a single reply. Can not recommend enough to stay away from this shop, horrendously unprofessional managed”

“I never had my article. Just had a message saying " Your product is on its way" and then one week later I got a "your refund" mail. I asked a friend to buy it for me after that and the same thing happened. Looks like a scam.”

“Did not receive the correct pin and got refunded (without being asked or agreed to it) even when i said i didn't want it because i wanted to buy the pin. Received no emails back from your team regarding the situation.”
