“Took a while to arrive but when the products came, they were in perfect condition and excellent quality.”

“The stock they have is reasonably priced and always arrives quickly. However, the stock they have is the issue. Barely any clothing or apparel (been like this for quite a while), and many of the New items they showcase are either available elsewhere (sometimes cheaper) or are re-stocks of items they have already sold previously and not really New. There's a rather good loyalty scheme that incentives purchasing from here instead of elsewhere but again, you need to ensure general rotation of stock to make the store viable compared to the alternatives.”

“Fun range of products - somethings like the Sonic slippers are clealry polular and could use with being in stock better. Also a bigger range of Sonic t shirts would be great.”

“Customer service is perfect, because you contact them with any problem and they answer you right away. It took a few months for the product to arrive, since I am from another country, but by having a tracking number for the shipment, I was able to keep an eye on it.”

“Overall good but not much new stock and can be quite expensive compared to other websites. Wish the store supplied more diverse items sonic related like the American sega shop.”

“Quality item, but didn't realise that it's printed on a transparent paper that looks white in the SEGA Shop photos. I'll be having this framed, but there's not much of edge on the print for framing.”
