I am emailing them daily for an update. No response. I made a formal complaint and addressed it via Luke. They \/ He didn\u2019t even acknowledge it. \r\n\r\nRef: SPS-1-6353680 Can you please email me an update on the refund of the duplicate charge and confirm the original booking is still valid?? \r\n\r\nPlease also update me of me formal complaint dated 6.4.24 with its outstanding queries. \r\n\r\nPlease start responding to my emails to get the matter sorted and please also improve your payment systems and your improve your shocking customer service (or lack of). \r\n\r\nIf you open a business, you need to be willing to communicate with your customers, otherwise you should close your business and let other interested companies build the market."
