I booked a date for parking. But they put the wrong dates. They put in from the date I made the booking. It wasn’t even the same month or day. This is for going for my wedding so didn’t get the dates wrong. When I got the confirmation I emailed right away but as it was the weekend they did not reply. I also contacted the parking company direct they hadn’t received the booking yet as skyparks don’t work weekends. They parking said they have to cancel it. I emailed first thing on Monday morning. But my reply was they can cancel or change as the had booked it for the Sunday the day before. And will not refund me. The car park said as I haven’t used ther park they will not charge so skypark are keeping the full payment for nothing. Reading reviews and speaking to the car park this is common practise with skypark if you book on a weekend as by Monday the date they put in has passed.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Arrival at Gatwick airport was chaotic, with the insufficient drivers available and poor customer service on drop off for the Meet and Greet service. Upon return, we were told that they had lost our keys so we used a taxi to return home. The next day I had to take a train from Northampton to Gatwick with the spare key and return my vehicle. It was then I found our car had been parked in an unsecured field for the duration of our holiday. Three days later they found our keys but did not post them back until three weeks later.

I am utterly disappointed with the appalling service provided by this company. My recent attempt to cancel a booking due to an innocent mistake resulted in a nightmare of hidden charges and unhelpful customer service. Despite my immediate request for cancellation, I was blindsided by a £10 fee that was conveniently buried in the fine print of their terms and conditions. It's absurd that I was not explicitly informed of this charge before the cancellation was actually made, especially when contradictory terms promised a full refund upon cancellation! This deceitful practice is deceitful and completely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the customer service representatives were beyond useless. Not only were they impolite, but they also displayed a shocking lack of empathy and refused to address my concerns in a meaningful way. It's clear that this company prioritizes squeezing every last penny out of its customers rather than providing a satisfactory experience. Save yourself the headache and frustration – steer clear of this car park company at all costs. Their deceptive practices and abysmal customer service are nothing short of disgraceful.

Scam alert!! This company does not operate at Heathrow car park. I was charged £7.50 for leaving Heathrow and another £7.50 upon entering a week ago. I booked Skypark Secure online for departure from Terminal 5. Following the instructions received via text, I called the provided number 07842351199 to inform them of my arrival at Heathrow. Unfortunately, the call went unanswered several times. Eventually, someone with broken English guided me on where to go. All I could understand was "number 3." As I approached T5, I tried to communicate with the individual, but I struggled to comprehend his instructions. Only the mention of "number 3" was somewhat clear. Despite having filled out an online form after researching parking at T5, he navigated me to T3. This confusion led to me mistakenly entering T5 on level 3, thinking he was instructing me to go to level 3. I received a ticket, which I had to pay £7.50 for because level 3 was not the correct level for this specific parking area. When I confronted the person with the issued ticket for the wrong level, he laughed, and I had to pay for entering Heathrow parking. I explained that I had made an online booking and had already paid for everything, but I had to pay again due to being on the wrong floor. Upon returning to Heathrow T5, I attempted to call 07842351199, but there was no answer, and leaving a voicemail wasn't an option. I then called 07931696867, the number the person with limited English proficiency had called me on the day of my departure. Again, no answer and no voicemail option. After several attempts, someone finally answered. I informed him of my arrival and my desire to collect my car. He instructed me to call after collecting my bag, promising that my car would arrive shortly. Following his advice, I called but ended up waiting for 50 minutes for my car to arrive. Worried that something was wrong, I called multiple times, but none of my calls were answered by either of the numbers. After about six attempts, someone finally answered and assured me that my car would be with me in 5 minutes. However, I waited an additional 40 minutes before my car finally arrived. When I inquired about the delay, the driver mentioned that he was instructed to bring my car about 10 minutes prior, contradicting what I was told an hour earlier. When I inserted the ticket provided by the driver upon leaving the parking area, the barrier did not open because I was charged £7.50. Seeking assistance, I explained that I prepaid my parking online with SkyPark Secure. The lady on the line informed me that the parking doesn't operate at Heathrow; it is an outside company that took my car away. Upon returning to Heathrow, a ticket is issued that must be paid when leaving. Not only did I pay for my 6 days of parking online, but I also paid an additional £15 due to the mistakes made by these people. This company is a scam, unprofessional, and lacks proper English communication. They do not answer their phones, provide incorrect information, and subject customers to extensive waiting times due to their inability to manage bookings and guide confused drivers. If they can't allocate a number plate to the correct terminal, it indicates a mess in their booking system. Avoid this company at all costs; otherwise, you'll experience a long and expensive wait for your car.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! Witnessed first hand the way they treat customers cars, ours wouldn’t start allegedly and they have fried all the electrics jumpstarting our car incorrectly, in the hands of our lawyer as thankfully have evidence. Rude and unhelpful staff.

Paid for two weeks parking but had to exit within 2 hours in order to deal with domestic emergency. Was informed by sky park that it was not possible to return within the original period despite being informed by the exit operative that this was acceptable. Stonewalled by Skypark who referred me to the Stansted mid stay car park system. Very unhelpful!!!

They lied telling us their park is unavailable and asked to come somewhere else. Then they took car keys and parked in some other place were we've got penalty for parking. When back from holiday, we found the car open and couldn't find my car key for few hours. Very very bag service. I won't recommend. Stay away from this people 🙄

How are these tossers allowed to stay open I tried to book last night for September & when the book came through they had booked for today, which means you can’t cancel. The depart & return times are 12.00 & flights to where I’m going leave 9 a.m & 9.30 ish p.m 🤬

#skyparksecure# #airportparking# Sky park secure run taxi service with parked cars. I booked parking between 29/4-08/05/23, in between they took my car to Slough and got a parking ticket. In spite of my repeated requests to them , they did not pay the penalty. I had to pay it to the local council.

Booked through their platform for a company called Airtime Parking at Heathrow. The guy who runs Airtime is dishonest and reviews indicate he uses people's cars as taxis while you are away or they get damaged frequently. The car park isn't even secure as advertised. Gates open, no CCTV and no staff. The Daily Mail recently did an expose on him yet SkyParkSecure still have him listed. Have asked for a full refund from SkyParkSecure and they are pulling every excuse out of the hat not to do so. Appalling company.

I believe another reviewer below had the same issue. They do not provide the correct address and I lost all my holiday booking and even had to pay for a last minute parking at the airport to try to catch my flight. Skyparksecure refuse to take any responsibility or provide any assistance. Their customer service is zero and as far as they are concerned they are nothing but a website. No accountability to the services marketed on their platform. I hope they go out of business. Boycott these guys, don’t fall for the cheap price. You will be sorry. I’ve been asked to include my email in order to post this review. If I get harassed by skyparksecure just know I will be posting screenshot of every correspondence, email and recording any phone calls you guys make to me. Total scam!

Booked my parking at a price which was very slightly cheaper than other companies. Other companies tell you before you book that you have to pay £5 entry and exit fees additionally. Skypark don't tell you this until after you've paid! When we arrived at the office the man at the counter tried to charge me £20 extra (saying it was £10 each way which is not true) in the end I paid the £10 for both journeys. I also deliberately paid for Park & Ride as we have a car on motorbility and nobody else is allowed to drive the car under any circumstance. On return to England on Saturday morning at approx 12.05am, I phoned them and was told that they would be driving my car to the airport and would hand over the keys to me (not what I paid for). To make matters worse they told me that I had to pay the exit fee of £6 at the airport and they would return the money into my bank on Monday morning - of course, this never happened. I would never advise anyone to use this company again. You don't even get to see where your car will be left parked as you leave it in a tiny dirty yard for them to park it somewhere? - there's nothing you can do at this stage when you've got a plane to catch and have to accept it and "hope" for the best...

Scam do not use them Booked with them on the day tried to find the directions it was so confusing When i went in shopping centre No one was there to pick the car up Called the number no one answered Had no other choice but to go and find alternative parking Do not use them They need to be banned from using this service

It is a shame you can not give SkyPark Secure zero stars! The only thing they secure, as the name would suggest) is the money they have take of you. We have booked a parking space at T3 multistorey car park at Manchester Airport, followed their guidance to the letter (used the navigation link they provided), spoke to the car park assistance team on site to ensure it was the right location, and guess what? Our reg plate didn't get recognised, and they were unable to locate our booking details at all!!! In order not to miss the flight, we proceeded to moving to another car park and making a booking there (way more expensive). In the meantime here is the self-righteous email reply to our complaint and request for a full re-fund: "SkyParkSecure.com are an online only price comparison website and booking agent for car parking services that advertise through us nationally. We do not own or operate the car parks or provide the services onsite. The car parking services are owned and operated by either the airport's themselves or private companies. As per the terms and conditions of your booking your contract for the car aprking service is directly with the individual car park. I have checked your booking and can see that you have booked the Official Manchester Airport Drop & Go, owned and operated by The Manchester Airport Group PLC. We here at SkyParkSecure.com are sorry to hear that you were unable to locate the car park that you booked on this occasion. When you made your booking via our price comparison website on April 7th 2022, you were sent a booking confirmation via email to the email address you provided which contains a full set of directions, along with the address and postcode for use with Satellite Navigation. A telephone number for the car park directly is also provided on the booking confirmation should you require any further direction or assistance prior to your arrival. All of the information that is sent out on our booking confirmations is provided by the car parking companies themselves and we have had hundreds of customers book through our website and successfully locate the car park and use their booking by following the same information as per your booking confirmation. Booked a car parking space through them, which fell in the period of government lockdown with Coronavirus. After waiting days between email replies, they refused a refund for the car parking as I'd booked a "non-flexible" product. Not sure that's relevant when people aren't allowed to leave their homes and the car park isn't even operating. After much back and forth they 'kindly' offered to change my dates for me, as if I could contemplate rebooking the trip in the current coronavirus situation. I definitely will not be using again.
